Facts between President Muhammadu Buhari and the Archbishop of Canterbury:

1-They know each other since when Buhari was petroleum Minister, same time the Archbishop was Shell CEO in Nigeria about 3 decades.
2- The two Honest personality engaged into oil deals business transactions worth Billions of Dollars the same period. In that era, global business transactions has no or very weak accountability systems in the financially institutions.
3- PMB and Archbishop control such huge opportunity that they can illegally enrich themselves through corruption (stealing) but decided not to.
4-General Muhammadu Buhari now President Muhammadu Buhari engaged into small farming after he was forcefully move out of Military Service while the Archbishop of Canterbury becomes a Priest to serve the public.
5- Both men proved to the world that corruption is never a choice in government but personality option.
6- These two great men of our time proved to the young people, you can serve in a hIgh level positions and jobs managing millions and billions but you can comfortably deliver your tasks with transparency and accountability and retire happily with integrity in God blessings. Is actually about our personal choice.
7- Today, PMB inherited government of massive corruption with beneficiaries of such deals still in power beyond him, but he still refuse to steal, and continue battling with them from within and outside his government to kill corruption.  Although corruption is fighting back but he will win. The learning is continue being honest no matter the challenge. Buhari and Archbishop are now much closer because their ideology remained the same ‘Serving Humanity’.
8- Both mentors show us the it is possible to be in a way to be dedicated, committed, nationalist, talk less and act more, be objective and reasoning, move slowly to established sustainable Change etc.
9- The big lesson for all of us is no matter the condition, Public service is not about syphoning (corrupting) the public treasury but about selfless services to the people in the spirit of nationalism for sustainable future.
